What is Pickling and Unpickling Files in Python

What is Pickling File in Python

Use pickle.dump to save a pickle.

Pickle files are usually named *.pickle, although you can call them whatever you like. Make sure the file is opened in 'wb' mode (write binary). This is more cross-platform friendly than the 'w' mode (write the text), which may or may not operate on Windows and other platforms.

What is Unpickling Files in Python

Unpickling in Python means the retrieval of original objects from a string or from the pickled file. Here, a byte stream is converted into an object.

Pickling is particularly effective for data analysis while doing routine operations on the data, such as pre-processing. Also, when working with Python-specific data structures like dictionaries, it makes a lot of sense.
