Internet of Things (IoT) Tutorial
Open-Source IoT Platforms and Examples
What are Open Source IoT Platforms?
Open-source solutions are similar to the license offering in which the software is distributed freely, and its source code is open to everyone.
Such a solution is maintained by a community of developers and a company that uses the exact resolution or market support and integration around the tool.
These companies often offer an operating version of the solution, a SaaS version. Others provide an open-source version while selling an enterprise version with additional features.
